Forever Wild Automobile Tag
Help Preserve Wild and Scenic Places in
Alabama

Forever Wild Tags are now available at all the county
courthouses and annexes throughout the state. Funds that the
Forever Wild Land Trust receives from the sale of these tags will
be used exclusively to buy public land for conservation in Alabama
You can personalize your tag with up to 6 letters at no additional
cost. Forever Wild purchases land for
- nature preserves,
- additions to state parks,
- wildlife management areas, and
- natural recreation areas.
Since it's inception in 1992, Forever Wild purchases are now
approaching 100,000 acres. The two tracts purchased on Indian
Mountain in Cherokee County totaling 287 acres made possible the
completion of the Pinhoti Trail to the Georgia State Line.
Purchases range in size from the 35,795 acre Tensaw Delta Tract to
the recent 40- acre addition to Monte Sano State Park. The Trust
has also recently added 160 acres to DeSota State Park.
